Corporate Registration Instructions

Overview

Open the actual registration form by selecting Register / Register Now (WTT Web Site) from the green menu, above.  Then follow the instructions on this page.

 

Use these instructions to register your team if you are the captain, or to register yourself if you are a team member.   After filling out the form, captains should proceed to PayPal to pay the WTT team registration fee.  PayPal accepts either credit cards or direct debit from a financial account.  Individual players do not submit payment; captains will collect fees directly from their team members.

Team members

To register as a team member (not the captain),  you will need to know your rating, your team name, and your team captain's name.  Also, check to make certain that your captain has already registered the team.  You may do this by checking the list under Division/Team, near the bottom of the registration form.

Players without a team

Tennis players who do not  yet have a team may also fill out a registration form.  Just select the option "Participant- I need to be placed on a team" under "I am signing up as".  We'll be in touch with you and do our best to assign you to a team.

Here are instructions for the fields that are not obvious.  

 

NTRP Rating  Select your USTA or NTRP rating.  You may have an official rating, or be self-rated.  If you don't know your rating, see the National Tennis Rating Program guidelines.  Note that this is your rating, not the team's rating.

Is this a self rating or a USTA rating?  Let us know whether this rating is your official USTA NTRP rating, or whether you are self-rated.

Division/Team  Select your division and team from the drop-down list.  If you do not see your team listed, your captain has not yet registered the team, and you should wait to register as a team member.

I am signing up as  The two main choices are captain and participant (team member).  This is also where players who do not  yet have a team may let us know that they are interested in playing by selecting "Participant- I need to be placed on a team".  Substitutes may also indicate that here, by selecting "Substitute". 

Facilities   This field is used by the League Director to set up the schedule.  Do not enter anything here.

Release Statement and Do you agree?   Please read the release statement and indicate your agreement by selecting "Yes".
